Retainers may be collected before a computer forensic examination. When the retainer is exhausted, billing for further services and travel will be done weekly and is due upon receipt. If payment is not received with in 10 days, all work will be discontinued until payment is received. Midwest Computer Forensic Labs reserve the right to require replenishment of the retainer. аааа Deposition and courtoom testimony is billed at a rate of $380/hr. All fees are $380 per hour, per day with a two (2) hour minimum. Partial hourly increments after the two-hour minimum for that day are rounded to the nearest ╜ hour.
