Video Deposition Rates Video Depositions $225.00 (minimum) which includes the first two hours.
$100.00 per hour thereafter, billed in quarter hour increments. Depositions that go over 8 hours in a single day or depositions occurring on weekends and holidays, will be invoiced at 1 ╜ times our regular rates for those hours. аOur billing time begins at the deposition's scheduled start time and ends when the videographer goes off the record. Video Deposition Copies $30.00 per DVD or VHSа We can also provide you with the deposition video synched to the transcript on CD's or DVD's
Travel Time No charge for the first 1 hour of travel. $35.00 per hour travel time beyond one hour outside of Cedar Rapids.ааTravel time charges can be waived for full and multiple day depositions.а However, hotel charges may apply. (These can be printed as stills from video footage or from scanned exhibits.) Cancellation / Appearance Fee Ifаthe Midwest Computer Forensic Labаis notified of deposition cancellation after 4pm on the day before the scheduled deposition, the cancellation fee is $150.00. If the Midwest Computer Forensic Lab is notified of deposition cancellation within two hours of the scheduled deposition, the $300.00 minimum rate will apply. Payment for all video deposition recording services is COD upon delivery of the video copies to the noticing attorney. Established clients with approved billing history may elect to be invoiced at the time of copy delivery, but even in such cases, payment-in-full is expected in an absolute maximum of 30 days. Non established accounts, questionable accounts, and clients outside the Cedar Rapids area are always COD upon delivery of deposition tapes or copies.
